Shipping/Returns

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Beatnik online service including shopping, participation in promotions and your use of information on the Beatnik® site.

Purchasing

The products displayed on this site can be purchased using a credit card, either Visa or Mastercard.  Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe. Stripe use a secure hosted payment page to process online orders. You can see your card being authorised and debited in real time, in a secure on-line environment. You can be confident that all your details are protected and are only used to fulfill your order.  Stripe does not hold on to cardholder information.  Any order placed by you in the manner described on this website is an agreement by you to purchase a particular product at the advertised price specified on this website at the time you place your order.  Orders are only accepted online and while stocks last.  If the items you order are out of stock Beatnik will contact you to advise an alternative delivery date or offer a refund.  Purchases can only be placed by persons who are over the age of 18.

Pricing

All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.  All prices in the online shop are in New Zealand Dollars and all transactions are undertaken in this currency.

Shipping

Beatnik offers delivery within New Zealand only, though this policy may change at any time.  Beatnik will not be responsible for orders that go missing once in the hands of the courier service.  

Should you enter the wrong address, Beatnik is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.  All deliveries within New Zealand are sent by courier.  Beatnik cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do everything within our means to get the product to you in a timely fashion.   New Zealand delivery times are normally 2-4 business days for urban addresses and 4-6 business days for rural addresses.  Should your order not arrive within 7 business days of ordering please contact us.

Returns

Faulty Items - We stand by the quality of our products and if there is a problem such as a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We happily offer a replacement if appropriate.  However, misuse, unauthorized use or product tampering may prevent us from accepting return of faulty products.

Change of Mind, Circumstances or Sizing - We do not offer returns/replacements/exchanges for changes of mind, circumstances or sizing issues (as long as the size ordered is the same as the size received). For sizing, it is the customers responsibility to consult the manufacturers sizing charts and determine their own requirements. Beatnik will help with advice and product experience if requested in order to assist the clients in making their choices but accepts no responsibility for final fit of the product. 

Helmets - We do not offer returns/replacements/exchanges for changes of mind, circumstances or sizing issues (as long as the size ordered is the same as the size received). For sizing, it is the customers responsibility to consult the manufacturers sizing charts and determine their own requirements. Beatnik will help with advice and product experience if requested in order to assist the clients in making their choices but accepts no responsibility for final fit of the product. Helmets are considered a critical live saving safety device and their structural integrity/safety worthiness can be negatively affected even with out visible damage showing therefore, once they are out of our care and control they cannot be exchanged/returned for any reason other than a quality issue such as stated in 'faulty items'
